A former collegiate baseball player, Ryan understands the importance of collaboration, strategy and always showing up with a winning attitude. In his current role as a Senior Marketing Program Manager, Public Sector at TD SYNNEX Public Sector, Ryan brings that same competitive spirit and team-first mindset to helping IT vendors maximize their public sector growth.

Ryan’s journey to the tech industry is anything but conventional. A University of South Florida graduate with a criminology degree, he started his career in law enforcement, spending seven years on the night shift before pivoting to tech. His transition began at TD SYNNEX, where he developed a deep understanding of IT solutions and vendor partnerships. Since joining the organization, he has been widely recognized and regarded for his unwavering commitment to customer obsession, adaptability and trust-building — core values that are foundational to his marketing program management methodology and approach.

Ryan, in partnership with his colleague Melissa Tomberg, co-leads the TD SYNNEX Public Sector Marketing Program, a year-long campaign that provides both top-tier sales support as well as exceptional visibility to TD SYNNEX Public Sector’s valued vendor partners. As complex and multi-faceted as the program may seem, its mission is actually quite simple and straight-forward:
