EU-US, UK-US, and Swiss-US Data Privacy Frameworks
TD SYNNEX complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the US-Swiss Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the UK to the United States. TD SYNNEX has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework Principles regarding the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance of the EU-US DPF and the UK extension to the EU-US DPF. TD SYNNEX has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Principles regarding the processing of personal data received from Switzerland in reliance on the Swiss-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this policy and the EU-US DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-US DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.
