Common Criteria for Information Technology Security Evaluation is an internationally approved set of security standards that provides a clear and reliable evaluation of the security capabilities of IT products. The Common Criteria is accepted and recognized by 26 countries worldwide. The Department of Defense (DoD) Unified Capabilities Approved Products List (UC APL) provides a single consolidated list of products that have completed certification for use in all DoD network infrastructures.
