This was the type of scenario we had in mind when launching The DLT Service Center in 2005. The Service Center is a multi-faceted insurance policy for Symantec, NetApp, and Quantum’s data management technology. The DLT Service Center provides customers with U.S.-soil, U.S.-based 24x7 call center technical support throughout the lifecycle of data management solutions.  DLT is the only authorized public sector provider of technical support and call center services for Symantec, NetApp, and Quantum. Since 2008, the DLT Service Center has handled over 2,700 support calls. In FY11 H1 alone, the Service Center successfully closed 99% of the 550+ customer support cases it handled.
