RECRUITER

Department: G&A/Human Resources

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Business Relationships:
Reports to the Director of Human Resources, and maintains working relationships with all hiring managers within the company.

Job Summary:
Responsible for handling all mid-high level recruiting efforts for 5 sales departments and 8 other departments of company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the hiring managers to determine staffing requirements
  • Maintain candidate information in the internal database
  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract quality candidates
  • Successfully source and qualify potential employees
  • Conduct phone interviews as well as face to face interviews
  • Schedule all interviews with hiring managers
  • Post all open positions on company’s internal and external websites as well as internet job boards
  • Prepare job offer letters, and present to candidates
  • Perform reference checks
  • Attend job fairs
  • Provide monthly company wide email announcements on new employees
  • Provide company wide email announcements on openings to encourage internal applications
  • Provide monthly reports of all activities

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • 2-3 years recruiting experience
  • Sendouts Pro experience desired

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and applicants
  • Exceptional communication skills and interview/follow-up techniques
  • Ability to work independently as well as with recruiting team
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to deal with problems in a professional manner
  • Excellent phone skills
