RECRUITER
Department: G&A/Human Resources
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Business Relationships:
Reports to the Director of Human Resources, and maintains working relationships with all hiring managers within the company.
Job Summary:
Responsible for handling all mid-high level recruiting efforts for 5 sales departments and 8 other departments of company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the hiring managers to determine staffing requirements
- Maintain candidate information in the internal database
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract quality candidates
- Successfully source and qualify potential employees
- Conduct phone interviews as well as face to face interviews
- Schedule all interviews with hiring managers
- Post all open positions on company’s internal and external websites as well as internet job boards
- Prepare job offer letters, and present to candidates
- Perform reference checks
- Attend job fairs
- Provide monthly company wide email announcements on new employees
- Provide company wide email announcements on openings to encourage internal applications
- Provide monthly reports of all activities
Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 2-3 years recruiting experience
- Sendouts Pro experience desired
Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and applicants
- Exceptional communication skills and interview/follow-up techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as with recruiting team
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
